Che cos’è Cryo Pop®?
Cryo Pop® Original Blend è una miscela di luppolo con il potere di aggiungere un vero «pop» esaltando aromi e sapori di ogni singolo luppolo nella birra colmando il divario fra i profumi del luppolo grezzo e la birra finita.
Per creare questo blend, il team di ricerca e sviluppo di YCH, ha prodotto una NEIPA con la miscela Cryo Pop® e tante NEIPA single hop per ogni luppolo presente nel blend Cryo Pop, dosate alla stessa quantità e con la stessa tecnica.
Le singole birre corrispondenti sono state quindi miscelate dopo la fermentazione utilizzando gli stessi rapporti della miscela Cryo Pop.
What is Cryo Pop®?
Cryo Pop® Original Blend is a hop blend with the power to add real «pop» by enhancing the aromas and flavors of each individual hop in the beer by bridging the gap between the aromas of the raw hops and the finished beer.
To create this blend, YCH’s research and development team, produced one NEIPA with the Cryo Pop® blend and many single hop NEIPAs for each hop in the Cryo Pop blend, dosed at the same amount and using the same technique.
The corresponding individual beers were then blended after fermentation using the same ratios as the Cryo Pop blend.
