Our latest IPA del Barrio is a pineapple juice fest. Keeping the pale, soft base we aimed to layer over the most pineapple forward hop combo we could. To that end this one is hit with loads of Mosaic, Bru-1 Lupomax and Vic Secret. We have brought down the bitterness and pumped up the flaked oat contribution on this one to make it feel extra juicy. It’s only 5% abv but carries a substantial body and tonnes of flavour!
